The location is stunning,great friendly staff and excellent facilities.The shower cabin, the bed, the little balcony, the landscaping, the proximity to the beach, the path to reach the beach, the included breakfast. The service was really of an excellent level, staff was very warm, polite and willing to help.enjoyed my Stay a lot, The shower cabin, the bed, the little balcony, the landscaping, the proximity to the beach, the path to reach the beach, the included breakfast. Got to stay at this lovely resort. The place was immaculate the rooms were superb. The new chef was so very friendly in suggesting us to try various dishes each day he is great asset to the place.
Me and my partner have been travelling across the globe the choice of seafood and grills is the best I have seen this.
The serving staff were friendly.
Would highly recommend to F&F .Keep up the fantastic work.

This hotel is now under new management.The rooms have all been renovated but it seems the new regime are wanting to change the character of the hotel .They are keen to encourage conferences which means the type of person at the hotel is changing and not all the guests are holiday makers.The food is not as good as it used to be,with less choices and certainly the protein offered is in small portions and very repetitive.There is also an over use of chillis and palm oil is also used a lot,which is not the healthiest choice.The staffing levels seem worse and in the morning it took a long time to get coffee .The breakfasts were good and if you didnât want the food on the menu you could have a mel you liked cooked for you ,though it is best to order it before time The mama Mia restaurant had good western food but the service was slow .Entertainment was much better this year and as usual the magician Edmundo was outstanding.The older staff are again excellent.Rajesh ,Benny,Gita and Joseph all did their best to make our stay as good as possible.

We had a marvelous stay here . The beach is the best in all of Goa. Hotel buffet and food is delicious and staff is very polite. The pool is massive but I didn't enter it as the beach was more alluring. Lots of lovely places to eat in the market area nearby and some great shopping as well. Rooms are small but we'll furnished. Only disadvantage is that the room has no privacy once the window blinds are open and if they are shut it feels too closed and cut off from the beauty outside. However l would recommend this place highly for a fabulous rejuvenating stay.
