Although a bit outside of Tokyo this hotel offers a good location only minutes from yatsuka train station.
The condition of the hotel is good, the breakfast plentiful, the rooms clean and with good amenities. In the evening there's free noodles in the restaurant, always espresso style coffee for free in lobby and also we experienced free fruit and slush ice in the lobby. We paid roughly 80$ per room per night.
BTW the neighborhood has a wonderful "local" fell to it. Something we also enjoyed our first night in the local bars - great and friendly people.
We recommend the hotel.

I stayed there for 11nights during my trip for my friend's wedding.
The hotel is just 2 min walk from Yatsuka stn. and surrounded by super market, electronic store(worldwide adaptor available), restaurant and a big 100yen shop. The staff are friendly and helpful although some of them know english just a little. I choose this hotel because it has kitchen corner in room and coin laudry machine.
- use 1 day metro pass to travel around tokyo.
- easy to go to nikko, use Tobu line.
- sushi restaurant near hotel "ããä¹
", chef is really kind and sushi is fresh.
- Tobu Zoo is good for family.
- there're 24hrs stores around the station, ok for walking back alone at night.
- if hugry at night, free ramen service from hotel staff is better than instant noodle. (21.30-23.00)
- Post office is next to the hotel and ATM accept international card.

Inexpensive! I visited Nikko,Hakone,and Mt Fuji during staying dormy inn Yatsuka.
Nice area to feel and experience Japanese local life style.Hotel staff and local people
are very friendly to foreigners.

Stayed at this Hotel for 3 days during my trip to Tokyo and found that although its location is a little out of the way, the quailty for the money is the best I saw in Tokyo.
Tokyo is rated as one of the top 5 most expensive cities in the world and therefore finding an affordable hotel like this is a godsend.
The station is about 3mins walk away and you can get to most places in Tokyo in under an hour.
Plus free internet is a luxury not provided in many hotels in this price bracket. Staff spoken good English and will stay again if in Tokyo.
