Free Daily Bf, ramen every night from 9pm to 11pm. Lots of restaurants n shops below hotels. Onsen every day. Convenient, need to book early as the big room are often fully booked. Friendly staff. Check in n out no issue.

First, the hotel has excatly what you need, eventhough the rooms are small, they are clean and well equipped. The onsen is great, a good place to escape from the stressy enviroment of Shinshibashi.
Now to the downsides, beds are uncomfortable and moreover since there is a highway next to the hotel I felt every truck driving by with small vibrations of my bed, first I thought it would be small earthquakes but it wasn't. The breakfast is enough but could be better (Western style).
However, the staff was very helpful and they have the basic knowledge to communicate in english, if you travel with a medium to low budget you probably won't find a better hotel in Osaka. Around the hotel are dozens of small bars, clubs, restaurants and shops which offer a huge variety of goods. Go for it!

The service and staff was great and accommodating to requests. But the room we had here was even smaller than our Tokyo hotel. We could only open one 26" luggage at a time and it was on top os a chair and we had to jump over it to get to the bed. Plus the bed only had a 4-5" clearance from the wall. Pillows were hard but linens and all were clean. Bathroom was spacious enough for 2 people to move around with a full tub. Here's the bonus, free use of the washing machine with complimentary detergent but the dryers had a ¥100/per cycle (cheap) plus you can use free massage chair, sauna, hot spring dip all for free while you wait. Free ramen is served from 9pm-11pm as well. There is a Family Mart in the lobby which is great. Food shops left, right, front and back. But there are drinking spots and a high end bar that is a destination for bar crawlers so be mindful of young kids or teens walking on their own to get a snack. We will definitely come back to this place if ever we're in Osaka again.

Standard size room for japan. Double bed in the corner and a desk as well. There was just enough space to put two bags on the ground and get around. Bathroom was clean and a good size.
The buffet breakfast was good value, ours was included in the booking. And the late night ramen noodles are a great addition! Wish all hotels/hostels did this.
The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the JR Namba station. And 10 mins into the heart of Shishabashi. Plenty of food around and at the JR station as well.
Only down side is that the onsen is quiet small with limited opening hours. We tried to go at 9/10pm and there was a line and we opted out and didn't bother to try again.

Location is great but the room were smelly and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Let just say that I did not have a great night. Only choose it if you are on your way to the airport and you can only have time for an overnight stay.
