Perfect Hotel With Perfect Staff

Firstly I have to say we had the best holiday and can’t wait to come back and stay with you next year!
And secondly I need to praise every member of staff you are all incredible!
This hotel is perfect for your holiday it is about a 10 minute drive from the centre which we loved as it’s a little bit quieter then busy Baga. Apart from on a Saturday as it’s the big market night and this hotel is right opposite which is perfect!

The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean and the staff are excellent! Very polite and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast is perfect with a big selection to choose from and it was lovely to meet the Head chef most mornings to check everything was ok.
We met so many people and made lovely friends all from different countries.

There are some members of staff I have to give special mention to because they went out there way for us.

These members of staff were perfect and are a asset to your hotel!

Nigam & Munna work round the pool! And we just love them!!! They can’t do enough for you and always greet you everyday with a smile.
They even went out their way to come say bye to us the day we left!

Special mention - TUI rep Dino,
Dino you are an incredible Rep at the Hilton Hotel and TUI should be proud to have you!
You honestly made our holiday absolutely perfect, if it wasn’t for you I don’t think we would of seen and done half the things we did.
For me personally you went above and beyond, you made sure we had the best holiday we could.
So TUI and the Hilton if and when you read this please take on board how hard this gentlemen worked and give him the praise he deserves!

Thank you Hilton and Dino can’t wait to see you next year!!!

Great location and value

Brilliant location...facing the night market,and go Kart, easy access to transport and utilities. The best cookies!! Delightful stay for 3 days. Didn't eat meals but all else was super. Lovely to have a room with a balcony. Close to Baba Au Rhum if pizzas are your thing! Meets your needs at a delightful price. Will definitely do again.

Average experience .. does nt match up to the brand name

Hi , we were staying in for 5 nights in the rooms with the private patio which is the third category Room. The bathroom was extremely small with v less space to move around.. There were no bath robs or an iron in the room. The lights and fans were controlled by an electric box placed over the head board of the bed which would stop working cause of loose connection. We had to call the housekeeping person at 3 am to get it fixed. This happened for about 3 nights. The property did nt live up to the brand name. The breakfast too did nt have a v big spread. It was very limited and repetitive . Over all an average experience.

Good Place to relax with friends and families

Being a first timer in goa my family and myself really enjoyed our stay here. This place is very calm and the location is very beautiful. The only problem is it is bit far away from main city but that can be adjusted by hiring bikes, due to that all places in goa is accessible. Staffs were very helpful. We did an early check in as we arrived early ( but this is according to the availability of rooms).
I recommend all to try this place.

Had stayed in apartments next to the hilton 5 years ago and had booked to stay there again because of the location but due to a booking mix up we ended up booking at the double tree.
The location is great for accessing the main sights of that area Baga, Candolim, Calangute and the main markets. Other beaches like Anjuna, Vagator and Morjim are not too far either.
The hotel is lovely and clean , very relaxing ( when not too busy).
The staff are great. Very friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs.
The pool guys ( Nigam and Mannu) are excellent. They would greet you everyday with a hand shake and a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
We upgraded to a pool side room which wasn't a huge hike in price.
It was very comfortable and kept clean by house keeping who always asked if we needed extra bits and pieces.
I must however agree with some points made by some others.
As, just like everywhere these days with people requiring internet connection, the WiFi is a bit hit and miss. And although we didn't pay as we are club members I would not have been happy to anyway. Most of the restaurants and beach shacks have better free wifi, so doesn't make sense for the hotel to charge.
When you stay in one place for a couple of weeks you start to see little faults that, may not be hazardous but do let down the standards of a high quality hotel.
The room decor needs refreshing. Bathroom fittings and tiles rather warn out and a bit grubby looking. A few plug sockets looked a bit dodgy looking like they had dropped off at some point and stuck back on with a bit of filler.
If I was staying in 3 star hotel then I might expect it.
Overall we had a very nice stay and time at the double tree hotel and again I would say a huge thank you to your staff.
Would we stay there again ...................yes of course.
