I stayed at this hotel for a week in February. This is a great hotel - it has been a while since I have posted reviews on Tripadvisor but this fab hotel prompted me to write a review. The staff in this hotel are top notch! They go out of the way to make you feel at home. The location is also terrific - right in the center of the city., Furthermore, it is a couple minutes walk to the Centraal station from where you can catch the Metro or a train to the airport. We are definitely going to stay here when my wife and I visit Amsterdam next year.

Hotel is not that central, disappointed, we had a lovely meal outside the hotel, can snack wanting to go to the bar, and were to,d we had a 2 hour wait . We were hotel guests, it is appalling that we could not get a table. And the staff did not care, I would not recommend this hotel . And almost 2 weeks after my stay and they are still holding over £900 in deposits taken off my card, without my authorisation, even though we paid when we checked out. Daylight robbery , please avoid this hotel it is overrated and over priced.

Very well located and really close to Central Station (50-100m). Who wants to come from the Schiphol airport is far just 4 stations. Good services, awesome breakfast and a crew very interested in the guests well being. Certainly I would be there again with my family! And far from some attractions just about 10-15 minutes walking.

Great views. Amazing sky bar. Gorgeous fresh chocolate cookies on arrival.
Very close to Central Station.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Traveled to AMS by train from Frankfurt so the hotel just adjacent to the central train station was most convenient. very clean hotel and was checked into a large suite. Very nice breakfast buffet. Exceptionally quite also since it is right next to the train tracks.
