This facility is away from munnar town, we stayed at the 3BHK room from 29th Dec - 1st Jan. The 3bhk is facing the road and so it doesnt have a valley view unlike the Tree house. The rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms. The villa is located 23 kms away from Munnar town and bcoz of the road construction work it will be long journey to reach the villa from munnar if travelling between 8am - 7pm. That said, the hotel staff is very friendly & co-operative. the villa kitchen has limited menu but within a vicinity of 1 km you can get restaurants offering breakfast & meals at affordable rate.

The hotel is located little away from Munnar, but easily accessible via roads.
The rooms were very spacious and there was Wi-fi availability throughout. The hotel was clean and worth the money.
The staff were able to coordinate and arrange for travel, sightseeing and food with ease. The location is peaceful and nearby eatouts and essential items were available.

Come here if you truly enjoy a simple lifestyle and want to be one with nature. The cabinets, bed and chairs are made with wood with a tree growing through the roof. Your balcony will be facing the hills so wake up to the morning chirping of birds and sunlight creeping into your room. In the winter, it can get to below 10 Celsius, and thereâs no insulation for the building, so bring on your winter wear!
Food wise there arenât many options, expect simple vegetarian food.
It can be rather easy to miss out this villa because it isnât obvious along the road. Look for Good Luck Villa and youâll find it. Best is to get a local driver to do the drop off.
There are a couple of off-the-road attractions in Munnar if youâre staying a couple of days. This is rather far (1 hour drive) from the (Top Station / Matupetty ) main attractions.

nice tree house with good hospitality. their is a problem with the road from munnar, 7 to 1900hrs road will be closed due to work. so anyone from munnar side , travelling is really tuff...over suryanelli you can go for jeep safari and all....

Hotel is average, THERE WAS NO FOOD CHOICES FOR VEGETARIANS SO WE HAD dal , chapati,rice and veg sabji for two days, They have charged me for drinking water also,
room was good for couples & service was also to an extent okay.
OVERALL RATE AS AN AVERAGE.
