Great place to stay, with Very knowledgeable helpful staff who are multi lingual.
The apartments are very comfortable. The Gym, Pool, and Spa are great after a long day of site seeing. There are plenty of Restaurants, bars, banks etc all close by.
The reception can advise and book any of the tours etc for you.
There is a cafe in the building which does a nice breakfast for a reasonable price.

Very nice, comfortable place in good location, in a very reasonable price. The staff was very helpful when I was contacting them before my visit and also when I got there. After booking the apartment and reading other people's opinions i had some doubts (some of them were not flattering), but after staying in the apartment on my own I can totally recommend it :)

We hade an AMAZING trip in Budapest (april this year). Our apartment was superclean, nice and comfy beds and pillows, big bathroom with a fancy shower and a washingmachine. We were 6 people stayin in this apartment and it was perfect. The guy who introduced us to the apartment was so friendly and kind. He was welcoming us in the middle of the night (bcuz Thats when we arrived) and he had brought us a bottle of white wine he tought was a "must try" and on every bed there was wrapped pieces of chocolate and a towel for each person. We accedently gave him to much money when we arrived. And he left with them, but came knocking on our door just absolut 10 minuits after he left. And then told us he had counted the money again and gave us our "extra money" back . So very honest of him! We will absolutly stay here again! We really do recomend it! Had an amazing time!

My friend left his LV coat in the apartment. I contacted them to deliver coat to China. They give us good advise and help us check all of kinds of express company to give us a best courier price. It takes them about 1 month to take care about.
Finally I received coat.I really don't know how to express my thanks to staffs and apartment.
Iâd like to recommend your apartment to my friends if anyone will come to Budapest.

Although previously rating these apartments a 2 I feel I really need to look again at my judgement. The only real problem with these apartments is they need decorating. Apart from that everything else is positive.
You couldn't find a better location, right next to the Parliament buildings, next to the tram stops, a short 4 min walk to the shops and close to the river and bridges.
The building itself has character which I liked quite a lot, reminded me of some of the apartment blocks in New Orleans with an internal courtyard and the access to apartments is along balconies. Fortunately Downtown Apartments is on the 2nd floor and there are 2 lifts.
Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes if the rubbish that filled up the balcony is removed I probably would.
