We hosted our 25th marriage anniversary party to our family members, in Dragonfly hotel on Feb 2, 2018, at Chakala, Andheri East. The banquet hall was sufficient enough for 50-60 people to have fun-filled activities and dinner. All our guest enjoyed the occasion and taste of food. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the event. Especially Mr. Sahil, who personally overlooked the arrangement. The Dragonfly Hotel is easily accessible from all parts of the city. We would recommend this hotel and dinner for any domestic function and get-together...Shankar Gawade.

Perfectly placed near airport and close to tourist locations, very cooperative staff, airport drop off and pick up at mid night. This hotel and its apartment are perfect for short or long stay with young kids.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. I think that the standards have dropped compared to a few years ago. The rooms were less clean and the bathroom fixtures did not operate well. While the staff did their best to accommodate our requests, I think that the housekeeping needs more attention.
However, this is a good place to rest, especially if you have an early morning flight at the international airport. The complimentary airport drop is prompt and well executed.

The pro's - good communication with the manager via email & the free airport transfers went smoothly, both ways.
The con's - well firstly I'm not convinced we actually stayed in the dragonfly hotel?! It was not like a hotel with a reception. There was no reception. More of a very rough apartment block, our driver took us up to an apartment which was shared with 2 'night boys' (with not much english) and also 3 or 4 other people staying in other rooms.. We were expecting our own apartment. They squeezed 2 extra singles into our room for our 2 teenagers. Not an entirely comfortable 1 night stay. Definitely check out the fine print before you book this one!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. An excellent place and believe me you are gonna fall in love with this hotel. It is not easy to rate a hotel excellent as it has various factors, individual liking and mainly personal liking to the facilities provided. For me the main attractions were Value for money, courteous staff who are ready to help you 24/7, sumptuous food, cleanliness and room area. My sincere thanks to Mr.Sunil, Mr.Parvez(front desk staff) and the restaurant manager.
You need improvements in cleanliness at the small lobby area, now and then cleaning may be required, as lot of people/ everyone walk in and out through this space. Bedding is not a luxury one. Thank you.
