nice resort on the beach and have own parking and restaurant.its better to have food from outside a few yards from the resort. just keep an eye on both side of the road while entering mandarmoni you will find many restaurants and food stalls.or get down on the beach turn left or right on the beach you will find many food stalls made to order or ready made meals.tasty and pocket friendly and don't try to drive on the beach you will get caught and troubled.Have children activity area and beach facing seats for day or evening enjoyment.We drove from Kolkata and roads are good.You can book by web or go directly as you will find many resorts beach facing as per your budget.

I have stayed at Hotel Dreamland on 9th September 17 with my family...
The hotel is nice with availability of sea facing rooms.. Avoid staying on the cottages as the rooms at 1st and 2nd floor provide a better view.
The staffs are cordial and food is good..

I have been with my wife and friends. 1st location wise it is between sonar Bangla hotel and eco villa hotel, and on the beach , so it has a superb view. recently they have made a swimming pool which is an added advantage.. commuting is bit issue as it is far away from bus stand.. TIp - Book an auto or car in advance for returning or else it may be an expensive affair. Hotel staff were good , good garden ,food quality was good but many options were not available. One bitter experienceI- I called house keeping and reception to change the blanket but nothing happened. At paid ,it was value for money

We stayed there for 9 and 10th June 2015 with my family and a group of friends. This was my 3rd visit to Mandarmani. Due to a weekend , there was tremendous rush in the place and we had no option but to stay in this hotel. I am listing my experiences below.
Location is good.
Rooms are moderately clean.
Oil stained bedspreads and lots of bugs in bed ( room no. 204)
Dirty wash basins in the dining area.
Room service facility is good.
Food is overpriced
Food quality is Good.

Hotel Location - Location is excellent as it is situated on the beach and at night the sea water will come till the gate of the hotel and you can just enjoy it by standing on the hotel premises. The hotel is at a distance of around 40 minutes from Chaulkhola bus stand if you are travelling by van and 30 minutes by car.
Hotel Rooms - Neat and clean. The first floor rooms are slightly better than the ground floor rooms and the cottage is excellent. However the televisions in both the ground and first floor rooms are backdated and you can hardly watch anything there.
Hotel Staffs - The staffs are excellent and they will always help you in whatever way possible. I could not even recollect a single instance of complain against them.
Hotel Food - Excellent food but expensive.
ONE BIG ISSUE : The only problem is the hotel does not accept cards and there are not ATM nearby, However they did send one of their staffs with us during check out and we had to take cash from an ATM in Kathi as the other ATMs in the close proximity were not having any money. So if you can carry the entire case this hotel is a nice place to stay.
