The hotel is located in the highway outside the city. But for working professionals is indeed good and the food options are also decent. The hotel was a quite one i guess due to winter and less accommodation.

One of the best hotel to stay in Moradabad.Great hospitality,helpful staff.The hotel was very beautiful as for its look goes.Coming to the reception it was beautifully designed and decorated but lacked centralised air conditioning. Service was prompt and rooms were large enough to accommodate 5-6 persons.Ample parking space is available and 2 lawns can organise 2 social functions.

Not maintained properly. Bad smells and washrooms. Too much mosquito in room. No wi-fi in room and lobby. Bedsheets are dirty and smelly. No ambience, wardrobe and drawers not working properly. Bad experience.

i walked in the staff was attentive and quick, few formalities ensuring our safety plus the rooms are very comfortable and the food is extremely delicious of the hotel.
complaints are well heard and actions are quickly taken upon.

The rooms are quite large and maintained just fine. Management can spend sometime in maintaining the hotel in better manner. The place is undoubtedly huge but is growing old due to non maintenance of some areas in hotel.
There is no swimming pool in this one. Food is good and there are at least three grounds for different functions and ceremonies.
