We stayed at the Edelweiss over a busy weekend in late October; the room was fine and the breakfast was nice and filling before our long hikes in the park. Staff were excellent and helped with where to go, hike, park etc. This was especially important as the weekend weather was excellent and all the hotels were full -- they told us we needed to get to the parking lot early. The cows walking down the street at 6am was an added treat that we don't get in Alaska.

Not a five star hotel but a great family run hotel in the mountains. Wonderful room with terrace facing the mountains available. Owners provide a hearty morning breakfast with beer or wine available anytime. Nice lunch or drink areas in front of or on the side of the hotel. Easy to get anywhere in town from there. They keep it clean. Walls could be thicker.

This was our first night n our motorbike tour to spain and it totally exceeded our expectations the owners are very helpful and welcoming we will return one day.
The scenery from the hotel and surrounding area is stunning we have been travelling on our bike for twenty years and this has been one of our favourites.

We had been traveling god a week until we found this enchanting hotel. The owners are absolutely amazing and the overall experience was unique.
The owners took the time to guide us through was we needed to know about the town and everything related to it!!
Hope to come back to Toral and the edelweiss hotel!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. For the value, it was fantastic. The location is great, we had a beautiful view of the mountains from our private balcony and got to wake up to watch the sunrise from our bed. The breakfast spread was unbelievable. The main manager speaks English very well and the overall service was great.
If you're able to get a double salon room, it may cost you a bit more but it comes with a cute little living room area with 2 rocking chairs and a small TV. Lots of space!
