We booked this hotel for a 6 night break. Never been to Antwerp before but had always wanted to go. I am making plans for our next trip.
Hotel very central to everything we wanted, room was lovely bright and airy, bed was SO comfy, breakfast fab, shower - plenty of hot water and fresh towels.
I thought the decor was really tasteful throughout - loved some of the quirky lighting effects (you will understand when in the breakfast room )
And the staff - well - what can we say about them - they MADE our holiday . Every single one of them was helpful - couldnt have asked for better. And that is the main reason we would go back - they made us feel so welcome :)

Location is best feature of this hotel. Facilities are fairly basic - no bar, no restaurant.
Underground hotel car park in an area where parking is at a premium is useful. Inclusive buffet style breakfast was fine.

The room was freezing cold when we entered and no typical heating was available, only via turning the Air-conditioning on a high temperature did it get a little warmer. This however was extremely loud (as Aircons are) so I had to turn it off at night. The ventilation system in the bathroom was on 24/7 and was also quite noisy. Further I found a ball of hair (not mine) in one of the towels and one morning the water that came out of the tap was yellow. Breakfast was â¬10 per person, it was okay but many chairs in the breakfast area had seen better and cleaner days. Only 1 staff was there so tables where pretty full of used plates etc.
Even though the location was great (close to central station and the main shopping street) and they had a secure parking (â¬20/night) we will definitely not be staying there again. Pity since the price is also good for Antwerp.

Eden Hotel located near central station in Antwerpen. you can go everywhere that you want from there.but in very good and silent place.It close to bus and train station,good restaurant and shopping center.Breakfast was good and staff was so cute and friendly.
with this amount of price i strongly recommended this hotel.

This is average hotel with best location, nearby to Central station and Diamond district. You have choices of many restaurants nearby, I loved the Indian restaurants( vegetarian ) next to it. Took breakfast and stayed there for 4 nights. Breakfast was average and limited choice. No change in 4 breafast I did. The choice of tea was good. I came to know about complimentary tea n coffee only on last dayð¤¨. The front office staff seems uninterested and it was me who will acknowledge them when ever I pass through reception. Guys giving a smile to customer helpsð. Rooms are spacious as per European standards. The bathroom we're clean. However fittings broken and a safe in room was must. Anyway you get what u pay forð.
