A/C was cold and the water ran hot (when wanted). Did have a problem connecting to WiFi, but other than that it was great. Friendly people and breakfast was awesome. They have a lot of rooms which worked well for our mission group on the way North into the rain forest.

I stay at the Hotel for 2 Nights, the owner and staff is very friendly and make one feel at home, the room incl. A simple but good breakfast. The room I stay in was large with two double beds, tv, AC, hot and cold shower, excellent for the price.
I will absolutly stay at this hotel when I return to Managua in the future.

For business trip was less expensive the best and calm choice in Managua.
Area is very safe . you will see guards around all day because ,the presidencial house is on the same neighborhood , adding more security to us the guests at the hotel.
Do not Expect a 5 star breakfast with the Price, already having the lowes rates´; Owners offer small breakfast as a courtesy.
Staff is Bilingual, Walls and decor related to the Nicaraguan folkloric traditional culture.

The staff was helpful and bilingual. The walls were interesting, painted murals. The room was airconditioned and the shower worked well. This is definately a budget hotel and not in the best repair. The location around the hotel was safe due to armed guards around the president's residence. Nothing of interest in the immediate area. There are better options for the price.

A homely place with lovely decor. We stayed there three nights. A little far from the centre of town but a safe area and taxis are not expensive. Can be noisy. On the second night the reception was playing loud music late. They are prone to turn off the water in the late morning but will turn it on again promptly if requested. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. I would stay again but only as a first choice if it were more central.
