Spacious 2 bed apartments close to the airport (15 Euro for airport taxi)
About a 10 minute walk to the golf course - no shuttle
Course was rather poor- both greens and fairways
Club house nice with lovely food
Disappointed with the ârestaurantâ at the apartment, we booked as half board. The facility was basic, limited seating and cold. The menu was very limited for a 7 day stay

Came for a cheap 5 day golf get away with 5 friends and were pleasantly surprised the apartments are spot on the golf course is lovely and not to expensive 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the town centre will definitely be returning

Just outside Alicante a large golf complex with excellent apartments. Very spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds great and cleaned every day. Lovely large balconies and we over looked the golf course. Great view in mornings. On site restaurant but we did not use this. Lunch at the golf club down the road was lovely.You Do need a car to get about from here. Alicante is 10 mins drive away.The minor issues were no information or maps available on the complex and please put some Mugs in the kitchens for morning tea!! A dish cloth and tea towel would also be useful.

Very well located hotel, approximate to airport and very close to Alicante city. Superb apartments worthy of many five star hotels.
Golf, swimming, walking and great shopping in nearby Alicante. Rooms were large and comfortable I could not fault El Plantio.

Just returned from relaxing get away for a few days. Solo trip so chose this resort and it certainly ticked the box for safety. But a little too safe if that is possible. It is completely remote. However nice time had wandering the walking paths in the hillside opposite and round the golf course. Had lunch in the club house was lovely. The apartment I was in 116 was close to reception as I requested. Lovely apartment. 2 bedrooms 1 ensuite, bathroom with full size bath. Kitchen dining area lounge. Over looked the pool area. Renovations and tree cutting was going on while I was there. Didn't bother me as they need to do it sometime and it's good they maintain.
I booked a taxi on findtransfer website. Was expensive at â¬64 return. However the cars were elite and the drivers were smart. But normaltaxi transfer would probably cost â¬20 each way. Took a normal taxi booked by the hotel to alicante. There was already â¬7 on the meter when it arrived obviously charging to get to the resort. Wasn't happy but didn't argue. Alicante was bustling and lovely. Weather was lovely too.
