promised much and delivered little. food was v poor and expensive and little choice, room ok but not worth the money, run down and staff shuffled round with little or no enthusiasm. No wifi or written info on animals, birds or map of area, everything costs and cant even make a cup of tea! Classic case of French owner who has little apparent hands on or interest. their philosophy with organic is good but they dont deliver, NOT even close. Plus side is nice and fresh air
Natural beauty at its best

We were there on a 4 nights stay with 2 boys 7 & 4. We stayed in tectona and it was very nice with sounds of birds and water stream through out. Location is so beatiful that even after 4 nights stay we still did not feel like leaving. Trekking to the top of the waterfalls is nice. Bridge and area around it is very serene. Food is really nice only problem is served very slow (give yourselves atleast 30mins extra). Service is very nice all the staff members are working really hard and always available to attend your problems immediately. I would like to thank Vinod, Jishnu and Rahul for their hardwork.
Pristine Nature

We, a bunch of college friends had a reunion as a mark of 20 years of friendship in this Pristine environment. Quiet and beautiful place to enjoy and reminisce our daring younger days.
Full marks to the enticing and mighty mother nature in its full bloom and glory.
Flora and Fauna: Elephant, bison and thars supposedly graze the forest around but we spotted none. My friend, who being an early to rise tribe spotted large group of wild Peacocks near the restraunt and common areas. As of me, contend with seeing domesticated cows, a duck family and a lonely stallion. Flowers in all colours and shapes are aplenty everywhere which is very therapeutic for body and soul.
Trekking with a local guide to a nearby waterfall is a must.
So for hotel review :
Rooms : Clean comfortable bed and basic amenities.
Food : served in strict timing are good when taken hot. But unadulterated farm grown food.
Staff and Service : friendly and pleasant.
If you are lucky you can even catch a local football game in the street arena just outside the resort.
Ps: getting hot water when you actually feel like having a shower is a tricky cat and rat race.
Silence of the valley is priceless

Well the location is absolutely breathtaking fresh unpolluted air .. for which we city dewellers are absolutely in need .. you can literally feel the change in your mind with this environment. Please take the trip to the waterfall which is 20 min walk and you will be entertained by the calm flow of water and sounds of birds . One the downside the staff seem to be only available at certain places so you meight not get what you ordered at the pace you want . Be prepared for the bon fire which is truly a visit to the countless beautiful night sky . The chef from Orissa is a wonderful fellow and his food is excellent; Rahul the other staff is such a delight as he was quickly responding with a smile .truly I hope more of such eco resorts are present for a different perspective on respecting nature, calmness, silence and rejuvenation.
