I stayed here for a night on January 2018 as a part of the Veena World group. The first impression of the room was very good but the many negatives unfurled as we settled in the room. Firstly, there were no face towels. We had to ask for it and we got a bath towel. The rooms though big, the airconditioner was not at all effective. We complained and a man was there to attend. But it really did not fetch any good result and we had to accept whatever little airconditioning was there. In fact, even the lobby area and restaurant area was bad on airconditioning. Possibly, the central airconditioning needs a lot of overhauling. The sanitary fittings in the toilet were bad and the toggle between tap and handshower and shower did not work well. Had to struggle to get the shower. We complained but we could not wait since we were getting late to leave (as a part of the tourist group).
Overall, while service is good - maintenance of hotel appears bad. Possibly since this hotel caters primarily to tourist groups (whic we saw in the hotel) they are niot bothered for the upkeep. Staff is couteous and try to do their best is the only positive. Nothing exceptional about food also - very very ordinary.

We were suggested this hotel as it was close to airport. I feel that is the only thing in its favour. The room infrastructure is crumbling. Walls are dirty, hand showers get separated, flush is leaking, door handles come off while you may be trying to open the door... The staff knows this, acknowledges it and seems unable to do anything about it. Staff is courteous and welcoming like in most hotels in Kerala. Booking it for overnight business trips may be feasible but not for family trips. Food is nothing to rave about.

The hotel is an okay hotel to stay for a night or two when transiting thru Ernakulam / Cochin and near to the airport. The building is old and so the rooms do have some patches of paint peeling and the bathrooms etc look a little old. And the lobby is also old fashioned. However it is neat and comfortable and the rooms are spacious and well kept. They also offer a free airport pick up or drop (only one). Their complimentary buffet breakfast has a good spread and includes sausages and scrambled eggs for non vegetarians. So it is not a new building where the ambience gives more freshness but still it is not a rundown place. It is a good place to stay.

Hotel room was good. We got an executive room and was quite big in size. Hotel service was miserable as we asked for drinking water, their staff asked us to provide empty bottles so that they can refill and give us back. Also, buffet dinner was bad in taste.
