One of the best Hotel's in the area, and would stay here again! This hotel isn't far from a huge mall, so if you love shopping, cinema etc. It's only a 5-10 minute walk away! The staff were absolutely friendly!! Well spoken English as well. And can accommodate to everything. The room was fantastic, bed is comfy and we were on the top floor with amazing views. Not a problem at all with the room. Buffet breakfast was truly great, and had a wide variety of different foods, only problem is you got to get there early! As sometimes they don't put out a fresh batch of certain foods. Tasted soo good! Gym and Pool were great, they give you free towels as well if you go to both of these places. Facilities were clean as can be, what more could you ask for! They had people performing in the evening. My gosh I loved it!!

Formerly one of the prestige hotel on their glorious time in surabaya. The furniture is quite old but itâs Ok. Everythingâs good, the room, the view, the bath up (yayyyy itâs 3-stars hotel with bath up) and especially THE FOODD. I love them, like most people said, elmiâs buffet is super tasty. You should try them:)

Staying on Surabaya for a while I took the taxi to this hotel...I went through the restaurant before entering my room. The oxtail soup is very perfect..that is the indonesian traditional menu. People stayed on the restaurant to 2 am.
The room is standard but clean. The bathroom has a bathtube. It's nice to take a shower here and using bathtube.
The breakfast menu is very good. I love it. Another facility I took the free his to the airport

Clean and well equipped rooms, big swimming pool on the 2nd floor, very helpful and friendly staff and easily the best breakfast we had in our 5 weeks in Indonesia. Highly recommended for a transit in otherwise not so interesting Surabaya.
