Harrassment of changing room twice within three nights stay, water leakage from roof of toilet due to pipeline damage, steeply high prices of Ginger restaurant foods, faulty electrical equipments, cheating in the name of drop service to Rly. station, away from city fascilities were the experiences in this hotel. Not recommended for tourists.

Till now not able to understand what budget hotel mean. Good looking and clean, also at right place I can say. So So because to me it was not worth value against tariff I paid even after adding value of good breakfast.
Staffs are cooperative by all mean but I experience they use to forget order given and bit slow as well One more thing I did not understand is their attitude towards charging GST for which i will made other quarry or complaint to tax department as well.
They charge GST on actual tariff and not on what customer paid after discount. To me correct format has to be GST on tariff after discount and not tariff before discount.

It is a standard hotel at Ranchi, they provide free airport pick up and drop. Rooms are clean, toilet is good in size. Rooms size is small otherwise rooms are good. Staffs are well behaved and good service they provide. Breakfast is okay. Food is also good.

The hotel we check in after getting *** we dissapointed when we compared with other *** Toiletries were substandard,Mattress were uncomfortable,linens and towels were very old and yellow and complimentary breakfast was very limited.Mirror was very old even you cannt view properly

The Hotel is at very good location and and not too far from both the railway station and Airport, I had been here twice, the major issue that AC never work, always have the same answer it just happen today
