The breakfast was not good at all. It was not comparable to even a 4 star hotel. But instead the staff were very nice and helpful. Great location next to Republic square and the Canadian VAC visa center.

Very spacious room and itâs just in front of Republic square. Front office staff were friendly. Please donât keep your sunglasses and perfumes on the table especially during the last days of your stay. I kept my sunglasse on the table one day and in the evening, I could not find it on the table. Finally after searching for 15 minuets, we got it from the corner of one drawer in the wardrobe which we never used. On last day Morning, we couldnât find our expensive perfume which we had kept on the table the on the previous morning. We thought we might have already packed it wth other stuff. Since we were in a rush to check out, we couldnât check everywhere.

Less emotions only facts. Very good location Close to anything you could need. Close to all government buildings if you are business traveller. Close to all central cafes restaurants and interesting places in the heart of the city. Right cross the road from Hyatt. Three times cheaper. Big rooms. Warm welcome. reasonable food for breakfast. Good prices as I already have mentioned. Only problem too small bath towels. But I hope you can cope with it.

The Erebuni is a very reasonably priced hotel and great for a short break. Location is just perfect right on Republic square. Room was reasonably well equipped and a decent size. Breakfast was acceptable if nothing special. All of the staff were very helpful. Enjoyed stay. Recommend for a short stay on a budget

I stayed for 4 nights and felt very pleasant. Rooms are huge, heat worked fine, shower with good hot water, only not a tv set by the bed. I liked breakfast, wifi worked perfectly fine. I would suggest having the tv by the bed.
