I was in Biarritz in January for a European Project and I found this hotel suitable for its position . The receptionists were all kind and helpful but not all of them spoke English.
I 'd suggest them to introduce gluten free products and lactose free for intolerant people and give an alternative to the basque cake that I sow for more than ten days.

The staff, as with other Oceania hotels, are really outstanding. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the Grand Plage and downtown. The facade of the hotel is not awe inspiring but the rooms very clean, well appointed and offered at a very competitive price.

We stayed two nights, hotel is in a great location close to the waterfront about 6 minute walk. The rooms are tidy and clean. Reception staff were fantastic and super helpful. They told us where to go to eat and gave a good description with a map. We were there in winter and the price of the room was good price.

Stayed just one night. Very helpful and friendly receptionist - she gave us good advice on what to do during our stay.
The room was spartan and small - but difficult to fault otherwise - clean, everything worked, nice toiletries provided. Comfortable bed.
It's a short walk to the Grand Plage.
It's not somewhere to stay if you plan on spending lots of time in your room - but perfect as a base whilst exploring Biarritz.

The hotel is well located , being about five miniutes' walk from the seafront.
The hotel provides clean comfortable accommodation, and is about five minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast, which costs eleven euro, is quite good.
The outstanding feature of our recent five day stay was that the reception staff. They dealt with all our queries in a friendly and efficient way. They made useful suggestions about places to eat and about using public transport, which is frequent and cheap. They made our stay very enjoyable.
