I stayed here for 4 nights and the service was amazing. I received a complimentary on my room with a city view/balcony. The breakfast every morning was great. They even helped me set up a shuttle to the airport for me on check out. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Bucharest

You are very near from the beginning, for walking, by foot and admire the old city , you have to eat there, drink a good coffee and chill. ð¯

Amazing hotel with amazing location close to everything yet far from noise and u can sleep easily. Internet is fast and the workers speek good English and are very friendly and helpful. If I go back to bucharest I would surely stay in Europa Royal.

Our 4 nights in Bucharest from 27-31 December 2017 were most enjoyable. From initial emails to the hotel regarding a reservation they were most helpful and quick to reply. We had prebooked a taxi ourselves (Taxi Bucharest) - 15euro - as our flight was not landing until 9.30 pm it was worth it for the convenience.
Check in was quick and efficient - we had a lovely room on the 4th floor - overlooking a side street and a cafe The Urbanist - it played very loud music but with the door closed it did not bother us.
Room was spacious - comfortable double bed (extra pillows on request), balcony, fridge/mini bar, seating area, kettle. Bath and shower in bathroom - nice toiletries.
Breakfast was served from 8am at weekend and 7am during the week. It was very good with options to suit everyone - juices, fruit, yogurt, bread/toast, cakes, pastries. Cold meats/ smoked salmon, cheeses, salad. Hot food - sausages/bacon, eggs, mushrooms. Excellent coffee machine
Excellent location - steps from the Old Town with lots of bars and restaurants - we had dinner in Aubergine, Caru' cu Bere, Hanul lui Manuc (just opposite the hotel) and Les Bourgeois. Stopped for drinks/coffee in lots of places.
Walked many places and bought a weekly metro ticket for 25 lei each (about 6euro). The Palace of Parliament was not open for tours during our stay - so could only see it from outside. We had pre-booked a tour of the Spring Palace (Palatul Primaveri) which was very informative and worth doing. We had also pre booked Cotroceni Palace (Palatul Cotroceni) - passports necessary. We also visited the Village Museum and many beautiful churches. Also did lots of wandering around the old town and nearby streets.
Had a very enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation recommending Europa Royale Bucharest

The staff were awesome. We had an unexpected emergency which the staff helped us with professionally and quickly. We had to extend our stay which was done easily. Max helped navigate train booking website (language). The entire front desk staff went over and above and we were grateful.
The location was excellent. Right in the centre of the old town. Lots of restaurants and sites close by.
Hotel sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport making the trip that much smoother.
