The ambiance of the hotel was homely. The breakfast they served was basic but you could make a lot of things with what they had- fill in crepes, make sandwiches, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was near the Republic and the city supermarket- almost anywhere that we had to go to was walkable.

It is like a family hotel. We felt at home. The staff is really nice, the location is the best one for visiting Yerevan. The price and the confort was just perfect. Looking forward to come back!
They propose trips as well. We took a 3 days tour. We loved it as well.

A quiet hotel that is somewhat dated. However, it has an excellent location near to Republic Square and the main eating area. Bedrooms are air-conditioned. Possesses a breakfast room (self service), bar and free Wifi.
Good value for money.

This hotel is near main square city .The room was clean and comfortable. there were not water and tea in the room.
The restaurant was very small and it had a great breakfast but they were very slow in gave service
with all this problem, we had a great time.

This is very handy for visiting the centre of Yerevan. The hotel itself is rather basic. The room was simply furnished with no tea making facilities or even free water. The room was very clean. The bathroom was adequate with a good supply of cosmetics. The plumbing was very slow & noisy. There wasn't much choice at breakfast. The sitting area in reception wasn't very welcoming. The staff were pleasant & helpful.
