We stayed in the hotel for three nights. When we first booked the hotel, we were not sure if it would meet all our needs. It turned out really great. The hotel is very modern in decors. The room itself is spacious and clean, provided slippers and a kettle after we requested it. The neighborhood is full of activities, with good seafood restaurants, convenient stores, a theater and close to town centers. We really enjoyed our stay there in the hotel and Lisbon!

We got early check in and late check out. They upgraded our room to suite for free. Service worked very well and was very helpfull. Breakfast was very delicious. In our opinion location was very good.

0) When ordering a room with a large bed turned out to be a very large and comfortable bed. And so everything there is super.
1) Tasty and delicious breakfast;
2) The hotel is located near the central street and botanique garden;
3) The staff is very friendly and always ready to help;
4) A lot of restaurants nearby;
5) Underground parking is very usefull and comfortable;
6) Hotel room is very comfortable and clean.
The bathroom is a little uncomfortable, but there is no problem: The door to the bathroom works a little bit unproperly.

It was a great experience. We enjoyed this hotel a lot. The location is very close to city center. many thanks to the unique (Marcia) from the reception, she was so helpful and made our visit unforgettable.

Every time I visit Lisbon I stay at the Eurostar das Letras. Not only do I feel like home there but I also find in this hotel the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a charming city like Lisbon.
I feel welcome since the very first minute I walk into the hotel. Rooms are exceptionally cozy and nicely decorated, location is perfect, breakfast buffet has every detail you can think of... and everything in a peaceful, relaxed and even intelectual atmosphere.
("Das Letras" is not only a name but a true inspirativo, as each room is dedÃcated to one writer) Staff deserve a special mention: great service attitude, perfect grooming, multilingual...
Eurostars das Letras is definitely my first choice in Lisbon
