To all the people that give this hotel a good review, I just want to say, did you look at this hotel's bed sheet? It's very dirty with a lot of stain! I accidentally asked for my bed sheet to be replaced and found out that under that is even dirtier. I checked all the empty rooms in 4th floor and 8th floor only to amazed when I found that all were the same. Totally unbelievable!!! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and this is my first night. Check my pictures to see what I mean. The internet was very slow too. The room is quite noisy as well because it's right beside a big street.

I have stayed here for just one night. I got a comfortable room, clean bath room. It is only a couple of minutes to reach a really delicious seafood restaurant just by walk. I really enjoyed my short visit in Surabaya. i am looking forward to stay here again on my next visit to surabaya

This my last hour here. So I'll write the review about this hotel. First time I entered the lobby it just like another budget hotel. But I like how they maintain the hotel. It seems from the cleanliness of the hotel like the corridor, room and bathroom. But I think you , the hotel, need to improve several things like lock key in your bathroom. Why don't you put a lock key in bathroom . you know sometimes we need a privacy even with our couple .
Breakfast is so so not many variation but I think it is enough just to fulfill your morning 'duty'.
Overall it is a good hotel.

The location is good, but small parking lot. When we check in, the lobby is empty. So it was fast. The staff give us the room key and we go to our room. The bed is not so comfy and a bit dirty with some stain. Desk a bit dusty. Bathroom also a bit smelly. And last from inside the room, we can hear all the noise outside from the streets because the window is not soundproof..
It was around 8pm, we leave our luggage in the room. Go out for dinner and try to find another hotel near there that more comfy with reasonable price. We come back around 10.30pm, take our luggage and check out..

First impressions on arriving at the Everbright Hotel Surabaya is the visitors can ask to be dropped in the parking lot and the lift to the lobby and rooms is available.
As the name implies, this predominantly white color gives the impression of a clean and bright. Services at CS is pretty good and responsive when I left my room card in my room, they directly help.
The white color does give the impression of a clean but there remains a lack of details such as the walls and floor in the shower room.
Comfortable beds, hot water is always available, even in the lowest room rate has hair dryer in it. The breakfast menu is terrible, the taste is awfull and it was not the best material. example: the sausage tastes like fried sausage for school snack. There is no egg corner, only one kind of fruit and not refrigerated. Spreadable butter for the bread is not served in a state of frozen / chilled.
Hopefully this review maybe useful for improvement.
