The are really setting new high standards in hospitality. The property is one of the best in the world and has a concept based around. Right from being eco friendly and sticking to the basics to providing the most modern amenities. The implementation of "atithi devo bhav" (guests are gods) proven to be true here....but ya, it comes with a price tag. But totally worth every penny. The property, the activities carried out and the always say yes to the guest staff. The restaurant staff makes every effort to keep a balance of the modern cuisine and the local delicacies. The chef interacting personally with the guests and sharing the recipes, the bar man coming up with the awesome aw mango based spicy, cocktail, was one of its kind.The mysuru park, just cant stop writing good things about this place. A must visit again

Excellent concept and supporting staffs are very friendly. activities are well connected to theme. coffee plantation and nature walk are really interesting to know. well maintained resort. to relax - best place .......

Evolve back Coorg is an amazing place to stay... we had been there for our anniversary in the month of Jan 2018 And we had a lovely stay. The landscape, nature and the entire resort amidst coffee plantation is so beautiful and mesmerising. We surely took a right decision to celebrate our anniversary here.
We had a very nice welcome and the staff was very friendly and caring as well. All our needs were taken care of.
We stayed at lily pool villa which was undoubtedly superb. The room was clean and had all the necessary requirements. The housekeeping staff have been on their feet whenever you need anything and at anytime of the day.
I also thank Miss Neetu . She has been really very sweet and generous. I was glad that she was very concerned about our choices. Keep up the good work.
Apart from all this there are various activities that we can get busy with. Nature walk, plantation tour, bird watching, coracle ride etc all handled very well with proper guides. There is also a reading lounge which is very peaceful.
We had a lovely time having dinner in the paddy fields along with cultural events arranged by evolve back.
I would highly recommend this place for a perfect holiday.

Built in the middle of nowhere, this resort hotel is in coffee country. A plantation surrounds the hotel where one can visit. Actually there are many activities and tours that are included.
Thatched cottages are spacious. Beautiful rooms furnished with a dining area, living room, bathroom and bedroom overlook ones own private pool and jacuzzi along with a lily pond filled with fish.
There is a fabulous spa where one can really get pampered. My foot massage was given by two attendants each taking one side. That is what I call 4-handed!
The food is excellent. Breakfast buffet includes Indian and English cuisine. There are two restaurants, one of which is a la carte the other buffet.
With a childrenâs pool, an adult pool, a river surrounded by beautiful foliage, one feels as if they are in a different part of the world.
The staff could not be nicer. They are trained to please.
Donât worry if you hear a gunshot. Itâs just the staff scaring off the wild elephants that roam around.

We booked this place from the US ~4 months in advance, as we had planned 3 weeks vacation and wanted to visit South part of the country at least for 4 days and take break from meeting relatives, visiting busy city roads etc.
When we started our journey from Bangalore airport, since the drive to Coorg takes about 7 hours, I had started wondering if I made a mistake since I had my old parents and a toddler kid with me. But the moment we entered the Evolve back property, we all forgot about the tiring journey. The landscape, the nature and the coffee plantation is so beautiful and mesmerizing, that It made me happy about the decision that I took.
We stayed in Lilly pool villa. It was very clean and neat. Housekeeping does amazing job everyday. Coming from US once in 2-3 years, usually we feel little afraid about the water and food, but I must say that food is top notch and water is very clean. I have stayed in Taj resorts and other 5 star hotels. But if you are really looking for the variety and quality at the same time, this is the place to visit. There are 3 restaurants and they really do a great job. Staff is really well trained and helpful.
Entire team of Evolve back did such a great job that at the end of the our trip on our way back home, we stayed at Taj Bangalore but even my old parents were missing Evolve back.
On top of everything, you can do various activities like early morning bird watch tour, plantation walk etc. All these activities are guided and included in your price and specially the bird watching and plantation walk is a must do at this place.
I would highly recommend this place for a perfect family trip!!! (Just a small suggestion - take a break in Mysore for at least 1 night if you are planning to travel from Bangalore and have old people or young kids with you. From Mysore, it takes ~3 hrs to reach Evolve Back)
