We stayed here for 7 nights and overall found it to be ok. We were initially placed in a room where the AC wasnt working and the room was in need of some TLC. Although the staff attempted to âfixâ each of the issues the room had they could have simply changed our rooms as we ended up doing the following morning upon me complaining to hotels.com. The location is quite good and nearby to restaurants/pubs/shopping. The morning buffet was decent and the service could again be a little more attentive. Overall it met my expectations for a 3 star hotel.. The week prior my family stayed for a week @ Regal Enclave in Khar, and although a 3 star as well, the service, cleanliness and staff were a lot more attentive and my expectations there were surely exceeded.

We came to Mumbai in connection with a surgery to be performed for my son at Lilavathi Hospital. We stayed in two rooms for 6 nights ( 9th to 14th Jan 2018)

The staff are very courteous and the rooms are clean and well kept.
A few suggestions for your consideration.
a. Menu in Varendra restaurant may cover some more traditional items like fried rice and veg curries ( which are available in room service).
b. Menu card to segregate Veg and Non veg food clearly.
c. Saturday Music programme ( which is till 1 am ) is too noisy and distributing to the guests staying in the hotel. THe level of music may be controlled.

We were in Mumbai to visit family. The day before our arrival our cousin visited the hotel to organise airport pickup, only to be told our booking had been cancelled for no apparent reason. We were rebooked into the last available room which we found to be small and dirty. The shower leaked and service for things like toilet paper and towels was poor.
The day before we left we rang reception to get an airport transfer organised. At night we checked with reception to make sure the transfer was going to be there - unsurprisingly they had nothing written down. And when we arrived at reception, they hadnât organised anything and had to wait further. Getting them to print boarding passes was also a nightmare. Our family will not be using this hotel again.

Stayed at the Enclave so that we could shop around jn Santa Cruz like Linking rd AND SV rd. Ola and uber plus ricksaws are readily available. Staff are great. Getting s sim to exchanging money is all close by. The breakfast menu is small but adequate. The omelette guy Nandu is awesome. The guy we used to call Shivji there, short guy is extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to others plus definitely come again when in mumbai

I stay at this place for office trips. it is very conveniently located right next to my favourite night spots that i can hit after work. it is not too far from the airport and also to the CBDs. I love the decor of their basement breakfast room that apparently turns into a Jazz place in the night.....but i have never bothered to check it out. Food is decent....the front office staff is very helpful and courteous
