I was on a business trip to Riyadh for a week and stayed at Executives Olaya this October.
The hotel is located at the famous Olaya street close to the business hub of Riyadh and a great option to stay for business travellers.
The front office staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great for size, bed was cozy with multiple options for pillows.
It sure is a great option for business travellers.
Best part was the breakfast spread.
I surely recommend this place.
Would love to come back for sure.

Located in Olaya, close to good restaurants, very decent accommodation. Courteous staff, quite atmosphere, good view from Hotel, a busy Gym
Really good experience. Break fast was adequate and varieties were good. Neat and clean rooms with modern facilities. WIFI is quite good.

I stayed for thirty days in Executive Hotel Olaya. It was quite place, perhaps a bit helpful to peace loving person (if in case applicable to do so). The free buffet breakfast menus from day one up to thirty were so sumptuous and fantastic to eat. Some are high in fiber foods and some are high in cholesterol, fatty, protein but delicious ones too.
The staff were so accommodating, friendly, and respectful to the guests. The place is easy to reach if you come from the Kingdom Tower which is only 5 to 10 minutes walk only depending on your speed. The variety shops are also located downstairs that you can choose upon your needs. The commercial place is really awesome for the guest to stay in the hotel itself.
The hospital is near, the groceries and restaurants, also a lot of malls are around to find which is walkable or easy to reach by taxi. This is safe place, nice location and perfect for executive type of people.

Staff at check in where very nice polite and helpful.
The room is spacious but very old fashioned and so is the bathroom. Everything is clean but not modern.
The gym is the best part of this hotel: one of the best I've seen and very well equipped. The health club has an indoor pool, steam, sauna and Jacuzzi.
The breakfast was average. The room service terrible: the menu is very vague and does not give details or ingredients of any item. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was terrible.
The worst I experienced is at check out: the staff had blocked a certain amount on my corporate credit card and at check out they had to refund some money back. Surprisingly, they claimed their policy is to refund the amount in cash and NOT back to the credit card. Not only I have not been informed about this when they made the authorisation, I have never seen anything like this during my all years of travel. It was very unprofessional.

Stayed 3 days at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and even gave me an upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. Most importantly the a/c worked very well and kept the room at 22c. The Restaurant has a buffet for breakfast and dinner. The food served was aceptable and reasonably priced. The location is good and has adequate security. The price for the night is very competitive for the value they deliver. All in all a good business hotel.
