hai guys recently i visited to the one amazing hotel which I had never experienced before. The outer environment only is too amazing. Although the interior design of hotel make the people more attractive. When come to the taste of the it's good. Their is no negitive in the food manner. The room maintained very hygiene. I was totally experienced good

When we arrived they had cancelled our booking. They said they have no rooms. Arriving after a long journey they made us wait for long time. After that when checked in the bathroom had no water in sink and flush and the other tap had leaks. I had to request for change of room three times but ya they apologized and were willing to serve well. Staff is good.

1. I booked the hotel in advance unknowingly that the complete hotel is not suitable for stay.
2. The hotel manager mr. Cellestine knew that his rooms are not suitable to stay, still he took the booking.
3. There was no discount provided nor did he gave me any idea of unoperational hotel facilities. He only informed that restaurant is under renovation.
4. I required 2 deluxe AC rooms - but he said that i only have 1 Deluxe and 1 Standard non AC room.
5. It was awful experience that Flush was not working in deluxe room and a table fan provided in standard room.
Later i discovered that the hotel is shutdown and none of the rroms were given to the guests.
6. I got no help when i complained about this unoperational facilities.
7. When asked for charging less, my request was denied.
8. The hotel has lake view but garbage dumping ground on both the adjacent sides.
I still have same question to the hotel management that when the hotel was unoperational, why the hell the booking was accepted.

I had recently booked this hotel online, thinking that Hyderabad is a high-tech city and hotels must be good. But it was a nightmare for me to stay in this hotel. It took one hour to get the room in the hotel. No staff is there. Guard is allotting the rooms, he purchased the soap and other toiletries from market to keep in the room. No breakfast at all. No tea coffee. I have never seen this type of hotel in my life. This hotel is a big black spot on the name of Hyderabad.

This hotel would have been good at some time given the decently sized rooms and conference halls but the hotel is now in absolute ruins! The rooms are poorly maintained, the wash room doesn't have any toiletries. The restaurant is non functional. No complementary breakfast. Takes more than an hour to serve tasteless idly. The place doesn't even have sufficient staff. Best avoided!
