I was attending a company event and wanted a location nearby. This place seemed to be located decently close, so decided to try it. The entrance is a bit difficult to locate given that it is in the same compound as a shopping complex. As I did go in, everything was as smooth as would be anticipated with a brand of this repute. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. All my queries were promptly answered by reception and house-keeping. In the morning, I did try the breakfast and it was grand as expected. Overall a delightful stay.

Was in Fairfield for three nights - the staff were very co-operative and friendly.
The room was ok- clean, it just that they must provide better lightning as the rooms are not adequately lighted, which I feel.
I found the breakfast nice. The restaurant was very good too.
Overall- pleasant stay, will recommend this hotel...

Manager Mr. Diljith has done a commendable job in Organizing my Kids Birthday Party.
He was very Co-operative and helpful for organizing this event, he suggested the best food for the party which people loved like anything.
A big Thanks to Mr. Diljith andhis team for their excellent service....Keep it up guys.

I stayed here with a friend for 4 nights whilst touring India .
Upon arrival we had a few issues but these were swiftly sorted out by Devyani Roy Guest relations . She was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one .
As I am dairy intolerant it is very difficult to find suitable food and Devyani always made sure I had suitable food available.
She always had a smile on her face despite working increadibly long hours .,
The hotel is very central for the City and we used Tuc Tuc and Ola Taxis . The hotel helped us order the taxis .
The rooms are great and beds comfortable.
Karthik on reception was very helpful too , he had a lovely smile and was a joy to meet . Other reception staff were also very helpful to us too .
My only comment is that having stayed here fir 4 nights and mostly estingbin the hotel they need to have a separate lunch and evening menu as the choices are limited and variety would be good especially for the western palate ...
A great hotel for seeing central Bangalore and surrounding areas .

I am a seasoned traveller and have grown accustomed to staying in hotels. When I booked this particular hotel, I did not expect anything extraordinary, just a room to sleep in.. boy was I wrong. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find they offered complimentary beverages between 17:30-21:30 for all Gold/Platinum Marriott members; this is in lieu of an executive lounge which is a really nice touch, and unusual for a Fairfield as itâs one of the lower category Marriott brands. I also received a complimentary room upgrade which again was a nice touch. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job every day. However, for me what makes this place are the hard working team in the Kava restaurant - a huge thank you to the awesome Praveen G + his team, and sous chef Karan! These guys could not do enough for my colleague and I, always greeting us with a smile and accommodating our ever request. Next time I visit Bangalore, I will no doubt return thanks to the amazing hospitality we received - especially Praveen. Thanks for making my stay a memorable one, it really felt like home from home. See you soon and keep up the great work.
