Really nice property is a little out in the sticks but about 3 miles from the centre of okehampton
huge room and massive comfortable bed
very clean and comfortable
excellent breakfast cooked to perfection and piping hot
one tiny gripe the WIFI signal is terrible
for a break or vacation this is not an issue but as a business stay it did make things a little difficult
but if i was on vacation 100% recommend

We spent 7 days exploring Devon with Fairview Lodge as our base. Our room was amazing, it was HUGE and very very clean and comfortable. Richard and Dawn are lovely people and make you feel very welcome, if you are visiting Devon for a week or a day this is the place to stay.

If you need a quiet place to recover from your Dartmoor adventures, this is the place to stay. It's not on the main road, but it is easy to find. And the hosts couldn't be more down-to-earth and genuinely happy to please. The rooms are a wee bit dated, but very clean and everything you need is available.

Great B&B. Quiet country location. Clean well furnished rooms and a wonderful spread at breakfast. The kippers were to die for! Homemade jams, lemon curd, and a wide variety of goodies.
The owners were very friendly and put themselves out for us.
We were a multicultural noisy family group aged from 1 year to late 60s.

One night B&B in a twin bedded room in the main house (Sat 2nd Sept) with my daughter as we were attending a show at The Grange Equestrian Centre. Ideal location. A charming room with view to the garden. Very comfy beds and pillows. Large spacious ensuite bathroom with fluffy towels. Delicious cooked breakfast the following morning across the courtyard in the Breakfast Room where we chatted with other guests. Proprietors Richard and Dawn friendly and approachable. Will visit again.
