We had short trip during our weekend in Innsbruck and have chosen this hotel for our stay. This hotel serves you a nice bed with clean room and nice view and delicious buffet breakfast. Friendly staffs, The location by itself, i must say it is quiet beside the church but that is nothing to do with hotel. Unfortunately my husband and I are sensitive sleeping persons, we couldnât sleep that well and we not that sure if some of other rooms could here the bell ring from church that clearly loud like out room on 2nd floor no. of room 23, without this problem this hotel would have nothing to complain about. But I give max. rate anyway as the fault isnât coming from hotel.
A short drive to every destination in around the city centre, we traveled there with our own car and this hotel is providing a lot of parking slots outdoor and indoor free of extra charge! I must say this is not easy to find a hotel with free parking slot in Europe. I would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, 10 min ride from the Autobahn. Fresh, clean, modern, friendly, covered Parking (included in price) and excellent breakfast. Good beds, nice shower, separate restroom, quiet location. We will definitely go back.

We stayed at this hotel last year and loved our time here so much! The staff was very friendly and helpful with providing us with directions. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
It is located in a quiet area but has quick and easy access to the tram which is a quick ride directly downtown.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and has something for everyone. We had to leave early the next morning and the buffet was available for us.
Only warning is the elevator is very small!
I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

My friends and I stayed at Hotel Kapeller for six nights. Our room was spacious and clean, with beautiful views the surrounding mountains. Staff will go out of their way to help you. Situated just off the end of a frequent tram line which takes you to Innsbruck's central station. Large variety at breakfast and continuously replenished. Coffee machine always available.

We stayed one night on a trip between Germany and Italy. There is free parking in the garage below which is very convenient as it was snowing when we arrived. The front desk staff were very charming and helpful. They booked a restaurant for us just down the road, as we had arrived in the evening tired from our journey. The room was nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a good selection of foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel, perfect as a one night stopover
