The reviews of this property must br false. Approached by an unlit and largely unmade road there are homeless people living under tarpaulins. The tiny reception is dowdy and staffed by young boys (who sleep on the floor) who speak no English.
The lift has open concertina doors bringing you to the worst maintained room I have ever seen. Somebody had tried to paint it (the room stank of paint) but got more paint on the doors, cupboards, light fittings, skirting boards etc. than they got on the walls. There were no cooking facilities and no cooking utensils. The furniture was old and worn. There was no breakfast (perhaps a blessing in disguise). The bathroom was a mess, no hot water, grubby threadbare towel and a shower that flooded the entire room.
I arrived at night and left early the next morning losing the cost of my other two nights. In the circumstances it was a small price to pay.

I came from Canada to Hyderabad with family for few days visit... The stay at Falcons Nest is a wonderful experience for my family.. Management and staff is very responsive and we had a wonderful experience. Rooms are well maintained and food is worth a try... we have one more trip in Dec and would love to come back here again.. Thanks

The hotel is half a mile from the hi tec city.
I loved the location, friendliness of the staff & concierge.
They gave me free breakfast, though I was late check in. I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely stay there again.
Excellent hotel!!The staff is super nice in the hotel. The room service and romm is great with the money I spent. The park view was good from the room

The service and maintainence is very good at home environment. It is very useful to stay for short period and long time stay at the premises. I have better experience in staying here for 3 months I enjoyed in this area to be very helpful to my work.

Its a very nice and cozy place,its like a home with all facilities ..you can cook your own food .full points to the staff who are very helpful and the management too is very nice. Location wise a great one as its away from the traffic n noice but walking distance from the main road. you get everything from street food to the most exquisite restaurants n clubs within 2 to 3 kms. The cook there will make anything you want but only thing is the quality of the food served can be improved. Overall a good place to stay if you not looking to stay at a typical hotel. But has the facilities of a proper hotel.
