The first enter the room very happy, because the rooms look so very clean and neat. The atmosphere is very comfortable to rest in a hotel with affordable budget. The bathroom look so clean and dry, it's just that the aminitis supply is lacking. But it does not the intention to come back again in fame hotel gading serpong.

The location very strategis and comfortable for business. And not too far away with the shopping center. for the parking area, less extensive but its oke .. maybe i will go back again at fame hotel with my family.

Bad experience in paying using credit card. When check in, I used my credit card for deposit and guarantee payment, with open/cardver status. When check out, the front desk officer didn't do the right process. It was supposed to do offline process, but she did the new sale. So, my credit card limit was reduced 2 times : first, charged for the sale, second, blocked for the cardver. Pls release the cardver soon.

Seems Fame Hotel gading serpong did their homework done and now getting much better appearance and more comfortable room to stay in, the breakfast have significant better in variety and quantity of food and drink , and the staff are very knowledgeable about good hospitality service . Good Job Fame Hotel Gading Serpong!

I had a quick 1 nite stay. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Hotel environment nice and room was clean. Convenience store downstairs thumbs up. Only drawback is when I requested for extra pillows, hotel wanted to charge which I think is not good, thumbs down
