Good food, bad internet, and most important, they change blanket every 4 days!!!. Quite shocking. If you want to change blanket everyday so there have additional cost for that.
Fortunately they have good attitude for roomboy, always smile and polite.

If you are a fetishist about small, bulky rooms without windows, then that hotel is perfect for you.
Well, I ain't a vampire so for me the experience was quite scary. Rooms are small, no windows, creepy enclosed restaurant in the basement, and so much more.
It's a cheap option in the heart of the city, but still, I really do not recommend.

Good location in the center of city, near Tunjungan Mall. room a bit smelly if you dont turn the AC On. Standard rooms does not have any window, breakfast was average, there is foodcourt in ground floor the food is good and not so expensive,

Hotel location is in the centre of the city. The price is cheap enough.
Nice room although the wallpaper needs attention.
Helpfully staff, smooth check in & out.
Breakfast is good with limited choices of food.

The location of this hotel is very strategic. Tunjungan Plaza is just a walking distance from this hotel. There are so many restaurant/cafe around this hotel.
After you enter the building, you need to use the elevator to go to front office, it is a little bit unusual.
The room is quite good.
The breakfast menu is so so.
The service and hospitality is quite good also.
But, that are only based for one night experience.
After all, it is a nice experience to spending night here.
