A strange hotel. Lovely location and friendly helpful staff, when you can find them. Reception and the lifts close at 10 o'clock so not disabled friendly. Breakfasts excellent, buffet style, good choice. Phones in all the rooms but you can'r ring reception or other rooms. Don't know how you get help in an emergency.Everthing very clean. Wouls stay therre again, not least because it is dog friendly.

This was our third visit but not our last. The manager Joan Puts and his staff are like family to us now. This is a great place as a stop over on a longer trip or for a longer stay. Facilities are good and service great. The food in the restaurant is good value and it is a popular choice fopr guests despite many eateries in the town. Rooms are comfortable, warm and clean. We will be returning next year

Once again we were welcomed as if we were family friends. Joan Puts and his team were, as before, helpful with all enquiries and requests. This was our third visit and we plan to return soon. Check in was efficient and quick. On our last visit we ate in the hotel restaurant, but chose this time to eat in Valkenburg. The restaurant we chose was no where near our past experience of the hotel restaurant though. The hotel restaurant has a great menu and great service.

Stayed in this hotel for four nights rooms we were given were comfortable but lacking in certain areas. Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful and on Saturday night member of staff was very accommodating in getting us an evening meal even after 1700.
Different staff yesterday and 1730, no evening meal. Hotel has a nice lounge area but in my opinion rooms need some more tlc and decor to make it a hotel that people would enjoy with parking could be closer to hotel.

The staff at this hotel were the most accomodating, entertaining and helpful I have come across. They wanted to nothing but be friendly and enjoy our visit. I feel that we have found new and lasting friendships with the manager Joan Puts and his staff. The chef produced superb meals and the bar staff were so helpful and pleasant. The rooms was spotless and comfortable.
I am already looking to return. Thank you to Joan, Michael and Tina for a wonderful stay.
