Our room was small and narrow with very little storage space, no drawers only shelves. It also had just one chair, a plastic one. The room and bathroom were very clean and were kept clean daily, with fresh towels etc.,
The food was good and plentiful with lots of choices. New Yearâs Eve dinner was excellent, one of the dishes was Lobster Thermidor, there was other shellfish as well and many choices of meat and vegetables, the chefs did a wonderful job.
There was entertainment during the day and in the evening. It could be very noisy and we did notice some people leaving because of one particular girl on the microphone.
One thing that was difficult is that it is all cash transactions, no cards, so take plenty of cash with you

Our room was very spacious and always well cleaned, with comfortable beds.There was a fantastic choice of food, from freshly cooked omelettes ,steaks and fish (including lobster and prawns ) to delicious desserts.All of the staff were helpful and friendly.The Entertainment team were amazing and as good as any on a top class cruise ship.

Have been to this hotel for 4 Christmas' and New year's and also one summer with Edwards coaches. We are travelling again this year 2017. It's a long old trip from the UK by coach but once you get there the hotel staff are wonderful. The bar staff, chefs, dining room, entertainment, cleaners, reception staff all so friendly and helpful. Christmas and New year party nights, boxing day around the pool bar....what more can you ask for? Im also famous on thier web pageð

Hotel was nice enough. Room spacious and comfortable but everything extra -
wifi, fridge and use of safe which should all be part of the included cost. In this day and age charging extra is archaic. Food was OK - choice was reasonably good but in supplying for the masses the quality suffers and the food was always only lukewarm and never hot but there was a microwave to heat things up!!!! Would never stay here again off season and not sure it would be the best in the summer either.

Our 2nd Visit to this Hotel with Edwards Coaches. Great Hotel good food, friendly and helpful staff, short distance to the beach via the subway takes around 5mins walking, Clean rooms and serviced daily. Close to bars restaurants. A short walk will take you to the railway station for Barcelona train or local resorts. Ticket office is on the main road opp the station. Will definitely return again to Santa Susanna and the Florida Park Hotel.
