I recommend you avoid this hotel !!!
In February 2018 I stayed at that hotel. Because of the staff, I had a terrifying experience. In the 3 days I spent there, the access card was blocked 2 times in 2 different days. When i reported this situation, the receptionist and his colleague from the bar screamed at us, they swore to us in the Flemish language and said there was no problem in this respect. In our last day, we found that the lock of our luggage was broken.
Of all my vacantions, this was the worst.

It is not possible for such a hotel to exist in a European capital. When you try to make a complaint at the reception desk the staff is screaming at you and they swears you in the Flemish language. It happened to us that in a 3-day stay, the access card blocked twice. Besides of this, another tourist entered our room, because the receptionist made a mistake. When we got back, in the last day, the lock on our luggage was broken. This means somebody entered our room and searched through our luggage.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and if that is the only option do you have, you better stay at home.

Hotel was in the heart of Brussels tourist area. Chocolate shops, eclair shops and even an Irish pub was nearby. You can walk to the grocery store which is 2 blocks away to buy food. The Central station, which can take you to and from the airport was within walking distance.
The staff was wonderful. The breakfast very good. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

The location is perfect. The room was a little bit old, the carpet especially, but the overall condition is very good. The room has heating and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good. The breakfast was decent with a fantastic view.

Hotel is located near the grand palace, hence the location is good. however, rooms are pretty small and the hotel is small too. Breakfast is average, nothing extraordinary. Recommended if its only for few nights.
