Conveniently located in the northeastern corner of Kariakoo. Affordable. Lacking maintenance. Nice sized rooms, ceiling fans, balcony with no chairs. Breakfast was ok. We stayed there two nights in December 2017.

Loved the location, had a great stay. Breakfast was perfect. I had a problem internet though its really slow with frequent outages. The management got to fix this.
except for the internet this is a lovely place. fix it guys. cheers!!

The beds are not good. Breakfast very few choices. Need to improve. WIFI not at all working. The streets are narrow and hard to commute. Lots of noise all the day. Air Conditioner also has problem. Overall its just ok compare to price.

I was a bit leary due to the price but we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast bar was decent and the room was clean and inviting. Our only complaint is completely out of the hotels control but the power would randomly cut off throughout the day and night for seconds, minutes, and hours- but that is a Tanzania thing.

You get what you paid for. $27/night you will be given a towel that looks like had been used for 2 decades looks and feel washed though. I was given room 102 and i hear every little noise from outside I could even hear the FaceTime call from the other room. The AC did not work good thing the fan saves Me even though it was noisy. The staff are really trying hard to be extra nice though.
Wifi - super extra slow.
