Excellent choice , nice room and very good service and Very good price. Easy access to many places and near many hotels and restaurants. Staying with family very good choice . Rooms are very clean and have all facilities

This apartment was very hard to find and seems to be part of the santa maria hostel. Look for the sign for Rampart Homestay and Vedanta, across from Brunton boatyard hotel.
The apartment was spacious and we had it all to ourselves (there were 2 vacant bedrooms in our apt) which was a nice luxury. I probably wouldnt have booked if i had known the wifi would be that problematic. Ac was lovely, but the bed was very very hard. Staff were helpful but not great english. No hot water but no real need for it in the kerala heat. Very clean.

Great location. We had occupied 2 apartments and both were spacious and comfortable. The interiors are beautifully done. We have excellent pictures of our group and the backdrop of the apartment looks great. The front desk is always helpful with a delightful person Dixson and his bright smile. Things to be taken care are basic cleanliness, slow draining of water in bathroom etc. Bathrooms need to be stink free. Overall, we loved our stay.

Had a lovely stay at Fort Beach Service Apartment on my recent visit to Kochi. Most homely atmosphere and clean rooms and bathrooms. Drawing and dining room was common along with a fully equipped kitchen. We had a lot of fun in the apartment and sight seeing is easier as it is just a walkable distance from the apartment. Thank you Sandeep for all the help

Iâve visited India first time in my life and esp Cochin in November for my friends wedding. Truly to say - I didnât expect much cz experience wz the hotels in India was not that good( before going to Cochin I went to Delhi and Agra) but Fort beach service apartment really surprised me. I really liked the apartment and the design.
We were a big company and chose rooms on the second and third floor. It was very convenient, because we were 4/5 ppl per room and it was a lot of space in the apartments. Big leaving room and fully equipped kitchen made it even better. We had a balcony and table wz chairs, so you can have breakfast every day outside, which I really like. The location is close to all attractions. You can easily walk to a beach and all the streets wz nice galleries, churches and cafes near by. A big thank to Sandeep, who made our stay easier.
