Very much sad to say, that we have booked 2 rooms and checked into the hotel at evening, in both rooms there was no drinking water bottles, we ve asked the reception and room service several times later after an hour they have served the same. There was fridge kept in one room and another the place was empty. Inside the room also so much dusty and not much cleaned. According to me i used to travel lot and stayed lots of hotels even in treebo chain also, the first we entered into the reception was horrible to face the desk operator. they do not know how to treat the guest. they must have think we have entered on basis of free stay.

everything was great through out the stay, the room type, breakfast and staff members.
the only thing is i had a bad experience with the laundry service i had given a blue shirt for washing and ironing on 9th jan. but when i got it it was not ironed properly i called the laundry service and reported back to her and it was again sent for ironing on 10th jan eve. when i got it the next day it had a very bad stain near the sleeve. if you wish i can produce pictures of the same. you guys should better on laundry service as i have faced such problems at treebo edge in bangalore in the past.

The rooms were really good especiallythe bed ð and the hot water shower and there was a complimentary breakfast provided on the next day which was superb

It was a really bad experience. The staff was uncourteous, the food was bad. The rooms weren't clean and smelt of smoke. Overall a very bad stay at the Treebo Select Fortel. The only thing good was the WiFi and the location of the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Nov 2017. Clean Hotel. But no options are given. I requested for Jain Breakfast & I was outrightly said NO. Central Location. Affordable price. Those who are OK with regular food decent option
