Stayed in Feb 2018..very warm ambience..courteous staff..very clean room & up to date services..excellent food with a willingness to rouse client interest!! Kudos to the chef! An overall great experience! Thanku!

firstly the front desk staff Mr.Santosh was not courteous. To make the experience further worst were the rooms. We stayed at room number 308. Iâve never stayed in a hotel so bad, trust me on this. The toilet was so messy and not cleaned. I could see stains and dirt everywhere. Very unhygienic must say. The AC wasnât working well enough. Over all a very bad experience. As it was a sudden plan had to stick this hotel, thinking it had a fortune tag was under the impression it would be good. Iâve stayed at TAJ and heritage in madurai during my previous visits. Cannot deny this hotel feels like a lodge. Staying there was a night mare!

Traveled to Madurai for work and stayed here, hotel is very comfortable and more importantly the hosts are very warm and helpful. Reached late in the night for check in and was upgraded. Had a good stay.

Stayed here in Jan 2018 for 2 nights . From the outside it looks like an old property. It retains an old world charm as you step in. Check in process was simple and quick. Room was large and well appointed. The rooms have been refurbished and looks nice. Room service was quick and prompt. The location and the property is in a calm setting so absolutely no disturbance in the night due to noise from the street. The room had all the modern amenities and like we requested a king size bed was provided. The room had a mini bar.
Breakfast was practical and had a good mix.The south indian items were very good and had good choices on both days. The other choices could be improved. Especially the breads and the pastry along with pancakes could be made better.
For those brave enough to experiment there are some famous mess of madurai at walking distance of the restaurant. We did not have major meals or try their other amenities like the spa though it looked good.
All major attractions of madurai are a short auto rickshaw ride away. We took that though we had a car and it made our commute much easier. We were also able to get auto rickshaw back from the temple and surroundings.
Overall excellent service and a great option in Madurai.

I stayed at this hotel for Just 24 hours but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The rooms are clean and functional and the staff is very friendly and prompt.
The restaurant serves authentic South Indian food which I really liked.
My special thanks to AP Dinesh from front office and Vishnu from Travel Desk. They were brilliant. Dinesh really made me feel at home. He was very warm, courteous and helpful.
Awesome experience!
