Hi , I stayed at the hotel between Feb 2nd -Feb 5th. I have been a regular at multiple ITC hotels across India. However, I felt the other Fortune Hotels that I have been to, a tad better in terms of hospitality.
Pros:-
The Hotel is in a prime location in Banjara Hills and very easy to commute to places in and outside Hyderabad
I stayed at Room 416 , (Suite) and it was a gorgeous room with all plush amenities.
It had a Jacuzzi , about 3 Tvs, dinning table , Sofa cum reading area, Massage chair and a large bathroom with a shower bath as well. There was one more bathroom in the drawing area.
The hotel offers a wide buffet spread which is tasty and also offers a wide range of delicacies.
I didn't have buffet for dinner but the A LA Carte menu is prepared very well. The food is sure to satisfy your hunger buds.
The Biriyani is a must and they prepare customized curry even if it is not listed on the menu.
Amit and Awagath served us well and were very warm & cordial.
Cons:-
- Upon checking in , I was asked at the reception desk if I wanted to pay anything extra. I was very surprised and found it strange that within mins of landing in the hotel and having paid the entire stay amount I was asked if I could pay something up which would be adjusted later.
- The service /housekeeping can improve . Inspite of knowing that 2 people were staying, multiple items were replenished for a single person. I had to call and ask for a bath slipper as they had provided one and same for a toothbrush.
It is standard that they should be providing them as per guests that have checked in.
- On the second day, the housekeeping staff took away the two cushon pillows that were provided the 1st night which was very surprising.
Overall -
I have always admired Fortune's hospitality and enjoyed the stay. I will continue to be a valued guest for my future trips as well but these are the areas that could improve upon to retain the loyal customers who pick ITC over other brands.

Had a very nice stay for two days.
Food was awesome and the staff especially Shishpal and Amit at the Orchid Restaurant took very good care of us.
Rooms were also spacious.
Good place to stay for family considering it's location and value for money delivery of services.

Stayed at Hotel Fortune Vallabha Hyderabad. Hotel is ideally located at Banjara Hills famous & renowned area well connected with other parts.
Hotel staff is very courteous & well behaved. Buffet served at restaurant is quite lavish serving many cuisine. Breakfast is served as complimentary is also having very large spread good way to start a day.

I and my family stayed for 5 nights this 23 dec2017 onwards , on vacation. Rooms,Services, Breakfast & Food were first rate.Great location at Banjara Hills , within short drive to major malls,restaurants.The GM & support staff were polite,helpful and attentive to any demands from us. Overall good value for money. Will stay there again !

I stayed at this Hotel with my family on a Holiday to Hyderabad. The first impression one gets is of a simple business hotel. However even during Christmas break we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to Suite room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner is excellent. Excellent spread of non-vegetarian stuff and I simply gorged on Biryani each time we had food! Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The Hotel is very centrally located in the plush Banjara Hills area. There is an ATM and a Food Bazaar in case you run out of cash or food for children while travelling. The Hotel was also very well decorated for Christmas and New Year celebrations. Unfortunately we checked out on 31st Dec...so missed the New Year's Eve party.All in all a memorable stay and highly recommended!!
