This hotel as I mentioned is centrally located in between the 2 mountains and the lake which was the best part. All the attractions & pathways are at walkable distance. Swimming pool is located on second floor terrace which is open to sky and the never ending lake. Was little disappointed with the room size, it was too small. But later the reception guy said that all the hotels here have even smaller rooms than ours unless you rent an apartment. We had taken all meal plan and were quite satisfied with the variety & taste of the food while keeping in mind that this hotel wasnât a five star property. Staff was good & always smiling. Could increase a little activity or bonfire types of something for in house guests as it does have a huge lawn but was wasted I think. It did have a carom table & a table tennis table too. Pool table was chargeable but was reasonable. It also has a small bar right behind the reception area. I guess because of this hotel location we were able to enjoy Lavasa otherwise we were very receptive as half of the place was under construction which is also under litigation.

The location and ambiance was excellent. Rooms were large and spacious. Staff was polite and friendly and the service was quick. Enjoyed the stay and everything was well managed. Food and its service was also excellent.

Good hotel with nice, clean and spacious rooms. Ambiance of the hotel was nice and everything was well maintained. The staff was highly professional and well trained. The food was good but a bit pricey.

This is undoubtedly the most awesome hotel in Lavasa. Rooms are good and pool on few floor above is small but cool. Food is also very good, which is one of the most important factors for many travelers, at times even more important than rooms :)
Being just lake side gives it additional points.

The hotel was good same as other fortune hotels. The location is good but lot of landscaping yet to be developed. Rooms were quite spacious but views from Windows were bad. The whole lavasa place seems like a half developed and haunted place
