fortune is the best hotel i had ever been i have been to a party, of my daughter wedding function, the food service was great.
the service at buffet given by guddu was excellent, me and my guest has liked the food and service.

The quality of food in superb and the best thing is their attitude towards their guests . Their service is excellent . The staff is very helpful and precise in their communication The restaurant service is outstanding with all staff very nice and cooperative . Especially Amit who is best there in service. Their banquet services are excellent . Deepika is very very helpful and is excellent . Sushma who heads events out there is excellent and very polite and very professional .I just love these guys . The rooms are very nicely done and are very nice . Value of money . Strongly recommended .

The hotel arranged a hotel airport transfer which was good though couldnât find the driver initially. On getting to the hotel - 2 hours at 7pm at night - it is an older hotel but the room was clean, though maintenance was somewhat lacking, the water was hot and the internet worked. The buffet is so so in the mornings, though dinner buffet is better. Had a bad experience when the waiter took ice with his hand from the juice ice bin and added it to my drink - thinking I was not looking, I refused that drink. A paper is delivered every morning and drop off in a hotel car to local areas is possible. The front desk seems somewhat overwhelmed at times with Check in and check outs. I have to call out vishal at front desk and the night shift guy in a blue shirt who were both awesome - real bright sparks of my stay!

Wrote specifically to appreciate the dining service and staff professionalism with personal touch in good way. These guys really know about there customer, there likes and dislikes. I stayed for almost 30 days and there dining staffs especially Amit, Umar and Akshay in dining service almost knew exactly what my eating habits are. With them around i wont have to ask whats available and order. They just knew it.
I was so bloody comfortable with overall services that these 30 days made me lazy of next level.
Overall pretty good experience. I would recommend this hotel high time.
Other services are also good.
