The servive and the room is fine.
The courtious ness of the staff and other members is great.
The location is very convinient both from pick from ariport and cproximity to Gurgaon business district.
The food menu and service @ restuarant from options and promptness needs improvement for sure

Stayed at this hotel for business purpose during Jan,18.
The hotel is strategically located at a very convenient location beside Guru Dronacharya Metro Station in Gurugram,just 12 mms away from IGI Airport T3.
Nice, clean medium size hotel with good value for money. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
The restaurant serves buffet breakfast,lunch and dinner with good variety.
One shortcoming is the complimentary Wifi,the service being quite inconsistent.
Notwithstanding would recommend this hotel for business travellers.

The hotel lived upto its standards of ITC's hotel. The hotel staff are better in anticipating needs as compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast buffet spread is quite wide and food tastes good as well.
The hotel itself is located on a busy street so, getting in & getting out is a challenge, mostly due to the traffic. If you're taking a metro, then perhaps it becomes quite easy as the hotel is right by the Guru Dronacharya metro station and I reckon it is about 250 from there.
Baad experience in food as well as stay, and misbehaviour of hotel staff!

We had booked 7 rooms in Fortune Select Global, Gurugram for 31st December-1 January. Our experience at your hotel was miserable. Neither would we ever visit this property nor would recommend anyone about it.
There was not one but many incidents that no one ever expects from 5 star hotels. The keys to the rooms were not functioning. When asked to open the room, the so called âtaskâ as the staff had made it look like, took 5-7 calls and 30 minutes for completion. Not only that, anyone in the hotel, regardless to which room he belonged, could access anyoneâs room. Because all one had to do was to call at the reception desk and ask a key for so and so room. Is this the kind of security one expects from âITC Group of Hotelsâ? When checking in, you people ask for IDs for each person. Is that all a superficial thing? What will happen if anyone gets access to my room and some of my personal belongings are lost/broken? Who will be responsible for that?
And this problem took the whole day to get resolved ruining every possible chance of us to enjoy our stay. Thanks to ITC Group of Hotels!
Coming to the gala dinner. It was the most pathetic experience one could have ever thought! We payed 75,000 just to get 3 variety of snacks. The food was cold, cheese balls had no cheese and pasta was missing in the so called pasta! When we asked the staff to serve food on the table, they misbehaved. I was talking to one of the staff members of the managing team, and out of nowhere another staff member came and started abusing. He hit me a several times, tore my shirt and I even got bruises on my shoulder. All the waiters serving us that night were drunk. They were taking pictures from their phones. I have never seen this kind of behaviour in any hotel.
When we took this matter to the manager at the reception, Mr Sandeep, we asked him for the footage and even his behaviour was just unacceptable. He left the reception table in the middle of the conversation. Towards the end there was just no solution to our problems and of course the man who hit me was absconding.
What amazes me, is that if this is the kind of behaviour of the staff of a 5 star hotel then why do people spend so much of money for such worthless experiences! Also, I would make sure to give your hotel a negative review on all travel websites and if no action is taken, I assure you that this matter would then become a legal issue. I would never visit this property of yours. I would request you, as this is what we had been doing during our entire stay, to please mention all these things to everyone beforehand, so that they become aware as to what mess theyâve put themselves in. No one should visit your property with high expectations. I expect a prompt response to this issue.

worst new year party and services

went for the new year party to attend but had a worst experience wth them
First of all, one of our friend did not get the room key till 8pm each and everytym to enter the room we have to call the reception for the masterkey
Secondly the food they were serving it was served by the same cutlery (veg and non-veg)
Thirdly, the snacks served was not hot.
Fourthly, service was not upto the mark as well as the staff they had was unorganised and the behavious was unacceptable
overall the eperience was not good
