I would like to specially thank Ms Debhuti, Vinay, Amit and Ankit. They made our stay and experience extremely memorable. Great food, quick service and full time availability are their assets. Would definitely love to stay here again.Thanks guys.

Overall hotel is good and at prime location. However need to improve on room service part .
Order for room service is area where room dining number sometime don't pick and irrespective of what you ask they will not bother to send. Even they don't send salt/pepper along with food. I asked for green chutney with sandwich and despite reminded twice they have not sent.
Bathroom hot water is very erratic. Sometime suddenly become very hot and some time in same setting remain cold

i stayed at this hotel for a week, it should have been two but i had endured enough after one week, when travelling from the UK on 6th Jan.
There was a strange odour when you got out of the lift and went to your room. The furniture was a little tired to say the least and needed some attention. The carpets in the room didn't smell great and do not appear to have been cleaned properly for sometime.
The choice of meat wasn't great in the main buffet, consisting each night of chicken on the bone (70% bone), Mutton on the bone (90% bone) and some fish. The rice and sauce were all very pleasant though at least. After a few nights i tried the A La Carte restaurant which was better but the meat was very processed and there was very little choice.
On the two occasions i did point out clear issues with the food, bright pink and un cooked chicken etc. my feedback was just met with a shrug.
The wifi in the hotel was good, the service in the bar was good but in all seriousness i really cannot think of anything else positive to say at all.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - i stayed in the Novotel just down the road last year and it was ten times better.

The hotel due to proximity to the airport mainly caters to people in transit. The ambience and decor is good.
Location wise-excellent. Not much of a property. Easily accessible being just next to Pune-Nagar highway and near to Koregaon Park.
Food is average. Good spread for breakfast. But lunch seems to be just an aside. Could be improved.
Room service could be improved.
Good Gym facility. Pool is Ok.

This review was long due, but never the less not late. As mentioned in my previous reviews, I am a regular here in the last 5 years and each time the hotel provides a near to home experience. The cleanliness, food quality is consistent. A few hiccups were there but that were attended immediately by the excellent staff members.
Above all the staff is excellent and they ensure you have a fantastic stay. Special mention to Prachi from front desk and Wilson from the F&B service!
