I have been staying at Four Points for more than two years regularly, on my weekly work-related visits to Ahmedabad. This place has been a real home to me in the city. It has never been an uncomfortable moment for me, a single woman traveler. The only days that are unpleasant are those when the place is all sold-out and i have to find an alternative accommodation in the city. Staff at all levelsâwhether at the front desk, cafe, or the servers and stewards at the entranceâeach one is cheerful, courteous, respectful, and efficient. The food is good and varied here, with always a possibility of customizing it to suit your cravings for some simple home-made food. You can be assured of respect for your complete privacy, impeccable cleanliness, and personal attention to your specific requirements. The place offers a rich cosmopolitan environment, abuzz with guests largely belonging to professional class. The rooms are pleasant, furnished with simple and functional furniture, adequate storage, and comfortable tables to work on. Every time i visit here, it is a treatâi feel pampered, and look forward to being here. Staying here has certainly contributed to my increased productivity at work too.

This has been my first stay at the property. I am impressed with the staff right from the property security to doorman, concierge, front office, house keeping, restaurant...They treated me like a personal guest and paid full attention to my comfort...Well done team Keep up!

It was business visit for just a night and the stay was excellent.The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, the staff polite n efficient and the breakfast spread is simply awesome.. you can always depend on a Sheraton!!

Stayed as an SPG member and found the hotel to be good.
Room size is ok and I slept quite peacefully as the bed was very comfortable.
The front desk was cordial enough to let me check in post midnight as my flight got super delayed.
Didn't have the breakfast as I slept in.
Did use the gym which was basic but good.
Overall, stay for 1 night wasn't bad at all.
If I want to go to Old City, this could be a location I can see in future.

Great food and large selection breakfast spread. The hotel is In a central location and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service and well priced room rates. Internet was fast and good.
