Went back to Four Points the other week for an overnight stay and was pleasantly surprised by the refurbishment of the hotel which lifted it considerably. The public areas are calming but cheerful and the room better fitted than I remember. The only downside was the awkward taps for the over-bath shower. I like the use of the room entry key to activate the lift call - extra security which is welcomed as you cannot walk in off the street and gain access to corridors.

The hotel is reasonably central. The rooms are dated and show their age. However, they are quite spacious. The bathrooms have recently been refurbished. Iâm not personally a fan of separate rooms for the sink and toilet which is the case here.
The internet speed is fantastic and stable.
Of note is the great toothbrush on offer. Normally hotel toothbrushes are soft and low quality. Not the case here!

The lobby and restaurant of this hotel look like they have been recently refurbished, so first impressions of the hotel are really nice -my room however was quite dated and actually of simple standard only.

Arrived late night and the receptionist was not in a good mood. Looked like she preferred to speak french over english since we were 4 guests arriving at the same time and she clearly was nicer to the french speakers. I got assigned a room with 2 beds even though I asked a room with one king bed. I was too tired to go back downstairs and change it. Room was average but clean and there was a window which could be opened which i liked very much. Bathroom ok, coffee/tea kettle, and big screen TV with most major channels from around the world.

This low rates Starwood hotel offer reasonable prices for a down town business hotel. Therefore my expectations were not high and in all honesty it was much better than expected. I reserved vi the app on the same day and could use the convenient mobile check in. With 30 seconds after arriving I had my room key and could go to my room on the fourth floor. It was a large room with a soft bed. The shower was standard but ok for a quick refreshment in the morning and I liked the breakfast area âVeloâ. I could park at the other side of the street for free (between 8.30 PM and 9 AM), so I had a good rest for a reasonable price.
