This was my first stay at a Four Seasons hotel and it will not be my last ! It was a truly remarkable stay and we really enjoyed it. It overlooks the Chain bridge, and our room had a direct view which was beautiful. The hotel itself is a lovely historic building, with a stunning lobby.
The room had high ceiling, however I did feel it was on the small size compared our previous 2 night stay at Hotel Moments. The bathroom was one of the nicest ive ever seen, it had a bath-tub and a separate large shower. The toiletries were very handy, especially the makeup wipe!
The cleaning of the room was incredible, the staff tidied all my wires away with handy velcro tabs and left me a glasses wipe next to my glasses. The attention to detail is second to none.
We also used the pool on the top floor, very easy to find and use, there was also a jacuzzi and a sauna+steam room. A great way to relax as it was open until 10pm.
As vegetarians, we are used to limited options at breakfast but upon enquiring our waitress quickly brought us out some baked beans, avocado and fried eggs, which was a wonderful gesture. We felt very well taken care of. On my birthday then left us a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a chocolate cake !
On the whole, it was a memorable stay and I would definitely visit again.

Me and my wife stayed two nights and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is spectacular. The room with a view to the chain bridge was large, very comfortable with high ceilings and a beautiful bathroom. The service at the hotel is world class. I have never experienced more prompt and professional service at a hotel before. House keeping, front desk, concierge, restaurant, bar and spa personnel are all very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, the spa is very nice and the lobby itself is worth a visit. We have stayed at quite a few nice five star hotels around Europe but none of them can be compared with Gresham Palace. The hotel manager should be very proud of her/his team. We love Gresham Palace.

A fabulous stay in a beautiful hotel. Service is first class, restaurant excellent and bedrooms extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The best night's sleep ever! Location is perfect and great views from the hotel. I will definitely be returning.

Beautiful historical property with stunning Art Deco architectural details, situated right at the heart of Budapest. Service and staff at the hotel are outstanding. Highly recommend this Four Seasons property!

The hotel is grand and elegant inside and out. The room was very comfortable and every small detail was seen to (although there were coffee pods but nothing for tea drinkers!) Service was impeccable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The spa was also very nice to relax for a while after busy days sight seeing. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there was a good choice. Cocktails and hot chocolate and cake at the hotel was also a real treat. It is obviously a top class hotel however, my only criticism would be that for anywhere to charge £18 to watch a paid for film is ridiculous!
However we loved our stay there and were sorry to leave
