A few years back this hotel had great service and well groomed staff, now its a different story. House keeping fails to show up, front office person doesn't speak the language etc.. Rooms are still comfortable though..

The hotel was nice. The river view was especially great. There was a lot to do in the local area. The shopping mall in canary wharf had a lot to offer and very easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help!

First time in this hotel and I was happily surprised, location is good and quite, rooms are very big and spacious, with an amazing view of the river. Staff was very kind and Jeff on reception was very helpful! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Fantastic hotel. It has a small bar area but its never to busy to get a seat. Perfect location to travel by train or boat. Spa is not on site bit z short walk away. Didn't like the pool much as it was taken up by more serious swimmers. Not suitable for children. Spa on the other hand was suburb. Well worth a trip.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff is a little bit "stiff". The room was big, clean and the quality of the beds was excellent, especially the pillows. It had an excellent view of the city and the river. It is a rather quiet place.
